Outlook 365 we couldn't log on to the incoming (IMAP) server.

I moved from an old win 10 Pro PC to a new win 10 Pro PC.  The move seems to be ok, but I cannot get Outlook to connect to the email server (AOL).  I can login to AOL mail with my user and password, so that is ok.  I am sure I have the correct IMAP settings, but I keep getting the error "we couldn't log on to the incoming (IMAP) server".  I checked the Office 365 license for the new PC.  It shows the new PC name in the devices for Office 365.
