Outlook 365 loading continuously

No matter what I have read and completed in the last 3 days, I continue to get the same issue.  Outlook stuck on the loading profile.   I have uninstalled and installed 2 times.  Any suggestions as to what I might be missing before I completely give up on a product I have had for years.
