Hi,
I am somewhat surprised that this issue has been around since 2020 and it's simply still not working.
I am on a Macbook Pro and running Outlook for Mac ver 16.57.
I have signed out and back on. First Teams and then Outlook. I have rebooted...re-installed, etc.
It simply does not work.
Does anyone please have new advice on what can fix this issue?

@MarcTison were you able to fix the issue? i am having the same issue and i already bought the latest 2021 outlook... thanks
