Outlook 365 - Follow up reminders

Hello,

In outlook 365 I have added my Gmail - email ID - unfortunately, it does not allow me to set up follow up reminders as it does for email address linked to Hotmail account  - email under Hotmail email ID you can set a reminder for that email - day/week/time, etc.  can any help  thanks
