My wife's computer has Office 365 shared under my account which has worked fine for years. Now her Gmail account no longer works and I can't add a new gmail account. Interestingly enough Mail works as expected with no issues. Seems this issue started after an MS update back in Feburary when version 22H2 was installed. Google Mail is fine as is Mail but not Outlook under Office 365. The test emails from Gmail have all arrived as expected in the free programs but I can't even setup the account in Outlook using the proper IMAP settings. We travel a bit so syncing is important between laptops and notebooks. Any suggestions. Any assistance from MS doesn't seem to be working.....
