Outlook 365 access for external program

Hey. New to Outlook 365 (from local exchangeserver). We use Outlook to receive orders attached as txt-files. Usually no problem. Used ClickYesPro2010 to tell Outlook that our Microsoft Dynamics were allowed to access Outlook. This does not work anymore. Cant even manually give access for xxx minutes.

Any ideas are welcome.
