We're still using Office 2010 at work slowly upgrading to Office 2016 but I'm working remotely so Not on the priority list for the upgrade. I had a problem with my mouse earlier today and replaced the mouse but now all of my tasks are showing duplicates but if one is completed they both show completed. How do I get rid of the duplication?
Are you aware that Microsoft will no longer support Office 2016 and 2019 apps after October 15, 2025? So you will be upgrading these applications again in three years. I recommend upgrading to the latest application, so you don't have to "relearn" everything you "just learned." :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:
Not sure why you ended up with duplicate entries. I am sorry to say it could be it's an unsupported product. The only way to delete the duplicate entries is to delete them one by one. It's not ideal.
