OneDrive | Desktop & App Sync Issues

Microsoft OneNote having difficulties with accessing Notebooks between devices (laptop and iPad). It appears some Notebooks are saving in the online 0365 and other are saving in my documents, but i cannot seem to change the location they are saved or the file format.

Hi @ajd0001,

If you are using the desktop app of OneNote make sure you create it on your OneDrive account rather than a folder on your desktop.

Or why dont you create your notebook on your OneDrive account on the Internet and then open up the notebook in the desktop app.

Busy at the moment but will drop some screen shots on Monday.
