    Hi Lacey2013,

to set a reminder and a deadline to a flagged E-mail in To-Do, you can follow these steps:
    1. In Outlook click on To-Do section (icon) on the left side

    2. Select the category "Flagged E-mails"

    3. Click on the flagged e-mail where you want to set a reminder and / or set a deadline

    4. Click on the "Reminder" and define a Date and Time for the reminder to be sent

    5. Below the "Reminder" button click on the deadline Calender button to set a deadline
