New outlook for Mac scroll calendar

I am unable to find anyway to scroll down in month view in outlook for mac, which has always been possible to do in outlook on PC and in the outlook client for ios.  Not being able to scroll in outlook for mac makes the calendar virtually unusable and I cant understand there is this limitation.  Is anyone able to explain this decision.
