New email storage

This new storage limit is ridiculous! I'm deleting things and it's still telling me that I am 99% full. I have had this email since 2008! I've emptied folders, got rid of saved folders, old emails, new emails. I'm about fed up with this. I'm not paying for email. Especially one that I've had free for 15 years and that seems to be the goal since I've deleted so much already and still getting this storage full message. Not to mention junk/phishing scams keeps getting into my focused folder and I asked customer support about it and never got anything back. Customer Care
