Need to automate outlook email

Hi Folks,

I am trying to automate outlook email box,
whenever I receive some emails from say "email address removed for privacy reasons" with subject for example "Test" then the email should automatically forward to some "email address removed for privacy reasons".

can you please suggest me how can I achieve this through outlook rules? or other possible way?

There are six main steps to sending a Microsoft Outlook mail message by using Automation, as follows:

Initialize the Outlook session.
Create a new message.
Add the recipients (To, CC, and BCC) and resolve their names.
Set valid properties, such as the Subject, Body, and Importance.
Add attachments (if any).
Display/Send the message.
