My Favourite Outlook Rule
I'm pretty new to using Outlook for business after working on G-Suite for the last decade.
Thought it would be helpful to start a thread on sharing your favourite outlook rule / productivity hack?
(Sorry if this already exists, I couldn't find anything via search)
I'll go first ...
Filtering "Accepted",

| RSVP responses skipping my inbox | As a cross-functional senior leader, I run a lot of meetings. RSVP responses were spamming my inbox and making me miss REAL emails!
Love tacking back control of my inbox. | Condition: Subject or Body Includes "Accepted", "Tentative"
Action: Move to "Calendar Responses" and Mark as Read.
* Note, I chose to keep declined RSVPs as that may trigger action on my part.
| Yes! No problems so far. However, if people that accept or hit maybe send a message along with the RSVP, there is no way to filter for that. So still worth checking every now and then |
