My account was locked

My account for the email address “ email address removed for privacy reasons” was locked because I did not change my phone number in the account setting while I was studying overseas then I went back home. I cannot recover my account so I submitted several forms but still I did not have access.
My recovery email address is email address removed for privacy reasons

I really need my email adress to be recovered. It is very important to have it because it has all my work.
