Missing "Response Options" in edit mode for Meeting request

This feel like a silly question, but where did the "Response Options" option go in the latest update to Outlook 2016 (1908)? I'm not seeing it in the "Meeting" ribbon and can't find it in the customize ribbon menu either.

It used to be in the Attendees groups on the Meetings tab:

It's only available for Meetings, you are creating an Appointment.
