Missing attachment in outlook on mac

My Outlook app on macbook have been working fine since i got the device. Recently i discovered that when i recieved mails with attachments, the attachments fails to load up. But when i forward the mail, the attachment(s) becomes vissible.

I need assistance on how to resolve the issue.
