Microsoft determined i was hacked.
I was hacked 3 months ago. Microsoft internally determined i was hacked. They made me create a new email address so i can move my gamertag over. They have however allowed my hacker still remain in possession of my email address. Without me having possession of my hacked email account, they aren't willing to help me move or recover my one drive account.
I was a paying onedrive/365 customer. My account was escalated and the team put in a note stating the transfer was successful but i don't have my email or my files. I haven't been able to work since all my business files were on a paid account. I have confirmation from tmobile that they were the cause of the hack which was linked to the email account.
What else can i do? Each department pushes me to another department and no one is helping me.
