I purchased my Mac book with Microsoft products in 2011. The Outlook version was 2011. I upgraded to 2013. However, I stopped using Outlook actively in 2015 when I canceled my business email. I still had access to documents that were saved in emails and I would retrieve them from time to time. Now I have started a new business and I need access to those documents. Since I installed the upgrade MacOC Catalina 10.15.3 the application will not open. I would like to access the same emails and folders and install a new email.
