Mac Outlook account adding error

Hello, I have two accounts on Outlook on my Mac book. One of my accounts did not sync. So I deleted the account and 
when I add it again, it gives me the error "Unable to add account. Please check your credentials and try again" 
and I cannot add the account. The other installed account is working. I ask you to help.
