To get my security code and verify my identity for Outlook (Email in Hotmail) only has one option - sending a text to an incorrect phone number (a landline which does not accept text messages).
Previously had an option to send security code to my email address, but no longer.
Microsoft Support does not solve this problem.
Impossible to talk to a real person.
Can you help solve this impossible problem?
