Hope you are helping me with this issue down below:
We are using Microsoft 365 services, outlook 365 app and SharePoint online and others,
one of my users can't attach SharePoint file to outlook, it's says download failed when he wants to attach as a copy, it's very wired because he has permission for the SharePoint site fully but I think there is a problem with the connection between SharePoint site and outlook.
The user can see onedrive and sharepoint as a services, but still can't access.
Is there a way you can help me to solve that issue?
