I can't add gmail to Outlook2013

Hello    please help.I can't add gmail to Outlook2013 Error message see below   IMAP set to imap.gmail.com SMTP set to smtp.gmail.com     Thank you   Tom

Enable two-step verification on Gmail and use an app password to login your Outlook.
