I can't access a Serive Account which be set phone-code to double-check by c# code.

The service account needs password and phone-code to access on webside outlook.  And password is correct.  But What I want is to access by c# code.  I was told that I do not need phone-code by Email-Manager.  I just want to know  how I pull this off.
