How to get the actual URL from an email in Outlook desktop when hovering over it?

I'm using Outlook v. 1.2023.1101.300 - the one that was installed on my desktop (not the online one.) Btw, this naming convention is so confusing, MSFT!

Anyway, I got an email which looks like a phishing message, asking me to click a link. The link is just a text, something like "Login here". When I'm in a web browser, say in Firefox, I can hover the mouse over the hyperlink, say over "Login here" and the Firefox will show the actual URL in the bottom left corner. This is very convenient to tell what link this is.

How do I make Outlook desktop do the same? Otherwise, how can I tell if the link is legitimate or not. In other words, how do I see the actual URL from it?

PS. Very bad design, MSFT!
