I’m working with Outlook 2019 for MAC and added a GMAIL account into Outlook. After that my disk space on computer rapidly reduced. And I’ve discovered that almost all letters were downloaded on my disk! But I don’t have enough space to keep a full copy of my gmail account Locally. So there is my question: how it is possible in Outlook only to connect to GMAIL server, browse letters and so on. But NOT to get all the mailbox downloaded and archived on my MAC. Is it possible? Please, let me know!
I think it is possible as on my iPhone I can connect to GMAIL account using Mail app. And no letters are downloaded locally on iPhone.
