Im using Hotmail/outlook.live.com. When I stop using it for just a little while the open page changes to a blank page showing only the outlook address along the top. It will now stay like this until and only until i press the refresh button at top and then it will open up again. In this " sleep " state I get no notifications of any emails. Why is it doing this?. It only started a couple of months ago and has never done this before.
