I am not able to receive emails from two organizations that send emails to all members on their mailing list. My spouse is in the same organizations, has a hotmail account, and receives them. I have put the senders' email addresses in the safe senders and domains list and the safe mailing lists. The emails still don't arrive in my account. They are not recognized as junk.
