I am trying to find a way to highly specific texts in an incoming email (and attachments if possible). For context I work at a steel provider, and we have the occasional error where the wrong grade of steel is sent. I am hoping to find a way to highlight text in an incoming email, if there is a way to do this on attachments (primarily PDFs) that would be amazing as well.
here are a couple examples of what I mean.
15 bars of 1018 1x2 12' in length
15 bars of 316L 1x2 12' in length
15 bars of 304L 1x2 12' in length
15 bars of 4140 1x2 12' in length
