Help with Outlook View customization

I’m trying to figure out how to customize my view of emails in the inbox to go from the Sender and Subject being all in one row (see picture) to the Sender having larger font and the Subject smaller font beneath it (see example). I don’t see anywhere in the view settings of how to do this, and after an update im now stuck with this awful, cluttered view. Please help!
