Google/Outlook sync issues

I use the Outlook app on Android to look at my Google calendars and to get them to display on the Wear OS Outlook watch face, but whenever I open the outlook app on my phone I don't see any events listed. The same is true for my watch. Turning the calendars on and off randomly makes them appear again. How do I fix this? I use the Outlook watch face for its calendar rings and I really like its design.

    This could also be a network issue. Can you try changing the network and check. If that does not address the issue, delete the account and then try to reconfigure

      Hi - it still doesn't work when on my home WiFi/mobile data/university WiFi. Which account do I delete?
