Your request can be interpreted in multiple ways, but I will take a stab at it. Feel free to send me a private message with more details.
- You can export emails and contacts. However, there is no User Availability Status field to be extracted.

- To view internal users (company's @domain.com) availability, you can use the calendar's Scheduling Assistant. External users' availability will not show any color.
- Create a new meeting | Add the contact names in an Outlook Required field | Choose Scheduling Assistant from the ribbon.
- Again, you cannot copy and paste the attendees' availability status in Excel or Word. A screenshot is your only method.
