Emails not Being Received

I created a Form, SharePoint List, and Flow for a gentleman in his own environment.

Everything is working for me. However, he is not receiving any of the emails generated by the Flow (see below), though his name is clearly in the To: line of the version I did received.

Is there an Outlook reason that may be preventing him from getting a Flow generated email from within his own environment?
