Email List Error
A friend is trying to send me updates via an email list so I've added them to the Safe Sender list. Still, my email blocks them from sending the original email list message to me and particular. They then have to forward me the email individually. It's odd because they can send me an email individually but not through the list. What's not working?

There are a few possible reasons why your friend might be having trouble sending you email list messages through Outlook, even though you have added them to the Safe Sender list.
One possibility is that your email provider is blocking the messages because they are coming from a bulk email sender. This is more likely if your friend is using a free email service, such as Gmail or Yahoo.com. To try to resolve this, your friend could try sending the messages from a different email address, such as a paid business email address.
Another possibility is that your email provider has a limit on the number of emails that you can receive from a single sender in a given period of time. If your friend is sending out a large email list, it is possible that your email provider is blocking the messages because they are exceeding this limit. To try to resolve this, your friend could try sending the messages in smaller batches.
Finally, it is also possible that there is a problem with your Outlook settings. To try to resolve this, you could try the following:
- Make sure that your Outlook junk email filter is turned off.
- Add your friend's email address and domain to your Outlook Safe Senders list.
- Check your Outlook blocked senders list to make sure that your friend's email address is not included.
- Try restarting Outlook.
