Email integration with outlook web

I am using Microsoft Outlook web version for my calendar and contacts, I am interested if it can be able to perform the following: 
1. can I integrate private mails into the web version, using their mail web client (not necessarily from Microsoft)
2. is there a different product with this features from Microsoft?
3. and what are the effective costs
4. and what is the duration of the contract
