Email address is a mess

My email address when I send email is showing as </O=FIRST ORGANIZATION/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP(FYDIBOHF23LT)/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=00067FFEBCE26EEB> 

What the $%^&*?  I went through steps in help and my next 2 emails were fine, then back to this mess. Help please! So odd and then I imagine people I am emailing cannot see my real email address.

Hello @KazzaB,

I would recommend you create a new Mail profile. Please, do the following:

1- Go to Control Panel and select Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

2- Under Profiles, go to Show Profiles

3- Then click on Add > choose a name  > click OK

4- Follow the Auto Account setup process

5- Proceed to signing in.

Let me know if after this the issue is resolved. I would also recommend updating to the latest version of Office available.
