Duplicate Emails in Sent box
Hello,
I am getting duplicate emails stored in the sent box when I use a shared mailbox (but the recipients only receive one email). If I use my personal account then the duplicates do not appear.
We have tried re-installing my profile but that hasn't worked. Please does anyone have any ideas how to resolve?
