Cortana briefing email is not working when clicking done

Hi,

I am receiving this message everytime I click "DONE OR REMIND LATER" in Cortana briefing email. I'm using outlook desktop, already tried changing profile of outlook and running in safe mode but still the same. Will appreciate for immediate reply. Thank you!

    Hello!
    Please disable notifications and app tips in your system settings (e.g. In the settings you have also agreed to app notifications, please also check if Cortana has such permissions! Good luck!

      I have this exact same problem, but I have no idea what you mean in your description to fix this problem. Any way you could be more specific? Please. Thanks for taking your time to help!
