Copy-Paste of contact details in new Outlook

Hi there

Can anyone tell me why I cant copy and paste details like e-mailadress, phone numbers, names or notes with specifics, when adding a new contact to my lists? This is VERY annoying, and takes forever with clicking back and forth between a document with the information, and the Outlook-form.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated, Thank you
