Hi @SH10_,

The error message you provided indicates that Outlook is unable to connect to the IMAP server for your Comcast email account after one hour.

This could be due to a number of factors, such as a temporary issue with the Comcast email servers, a problem with your internet connection, or an incorrect Outlook configuration.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following:

  1. Check your internet connection. Make sure that you are able to connect to other websites and services without any problems. If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, try restarting your modem and router.
  2. Restart Outlook. This can often resolve minor issues with the application.
  3. Check your Outlook configuration. Make sure that you are using the correct IMAP server settings for Comcast email. You can find these settings on the Comcast website.
  4. Disable your antivirus or firewall software temporarily. Some antivirus and firewall software can block Outlook from connecting to the IMAP server. If you are able to send and receive emails after disabling your antivirus or firewall software, you will need to configure your software to allow Outlook to connect to the IMAP server.
  5. Contact Comcast customer support. If you have tried all of the above and are still having problems, contact Comcast customer support.
