When trying to open Microsoft Outlook it immediately closes and this error message pops up saying "a problem happend, Microsoft Outlook was closed. We are sorry for the inconvenience". The program keeps during that and it is impossible to get in and read emails. Can anyone help me?
Just a short note to let you know that I faced same issue and my Mac and i was able to solve the problem. I received help from the build-in support channel but, they had not been able to identify the cause. So, what I did was to remove Outlook only, and re-installed the latest release (16.10). My feeling is that when I updated to the latest version of Office for Mac, 3 days ago, the Outlook file did somehow get corrupted, and created havoc in my computer. The other Office modules did fine. So, at the end, a good old approach of deleting and re-installing software did the trick.
