We have a group mailbox where we send out monthly invites. There are about 300 people on the list. When we look at Scheduling Assistant we don't see everyone. I am not sure there are even 100 in the list we see. How do we see the full list? We have people who are saying they don't have the invite, I realize they could have declined, but I don't think that is the issue here.

You can try
- Place your cursor in the To field
- Press the Control key and A
. To hight all addresses in this field
- Press Control + C to copy info
- Open a Word document and press Control + V to paste
This workaround will at least show the email addresses.
Best practice: For a large group, you should add emails in the BCc for email privacy purposes.
