Calendar view in email

I used to be able to see my managers (3) calendars when an invite came in to verify they had availability for the time slot.  I am no longer able to see a view of the calendars (mine included) when invites come in. 

 

Maybe I changed a setting by mistake?  I have been working from home on my laptop and assumed it was because I didn't have enough space on my screen, but even on my desktop the view doesn't seem to be available.
