Outlook isn't searching or filtering so I attempted to follow steps to reindex. One of the steps was to check that there weren't any special characters in the Profile Name. While looking at it, I changed it from "Main Profile" to my name. After I did that all of my calendar items disappeared and invites I sent were cancelled. I changed the Profile name back to Main Profile, but is it safe to assume that the change wiped my calendar forever?
