Before a meeting, I usually like to add another, personal meeting: "prepare for meeting". Also, after a longer meeting where I'm in the lead, I usually add a personal meeting "work out meeting notes".
Because I daily do this work, I thought of automating it. Does anyone know if it's possible to set something up that can help?
if outlook item with >1 persons
then add "prepare for meeting" agenda item 30 minuten before
and then add "work out meeting notes" agenda item directly after
