Hi there,

Is the current outlook be able to accommodate such scenario:

Detect mass emails to more than 30 external addresses (i.e. non-organization email addresses) in “To:” field and block email from being sent. Notifies user to BCC the external email addresses instead.

Can this be configured via Outlook Graph API?
