After replacing profile, Outlook won't open

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-1973438%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EAfter%20replacing%20profile%2C%20Outlook%20won't%20open%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-1973438%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CP%3EHi%2C%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EI'm%20running%20Outlook%20365%20on%20a%20Mac.%20I%20was%20having%20problems%20with%20outlook%20not%20indexing%20correctly%2C%20so%20I%20followed%20the%20instructions%20to%20pull%20my%20profile%20into%20Spotlight%20and%20then%20delete%20it%20so%20that%20Outlook%20would%20reindex.%20Now%2C%20however%2C%20Outlook%20won't%20open%20at%20all.%20When%20I%20try%20to%20create%20a%20new%20profile%2C%20Outlook%20fails%20in%20copying%20old%20entries%20into%20the%20new%20profile.%20What%20do%20I%20need%20to%20do%3F%3C%2FP%3E%3CP%3EThanks!%3C%2FP%3E%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E

Hi,

I'm running Outlook 365 on a Mac. I was having problems with outlook not indexing correctly, so I followed the instructions to pull my profile into Spotlight and then delete it so that Outlook would reindex. Now, however, Outlook won't open at all. When I try to create a new profile, Outlook fails in copying old entries into the new profile. What do I need to do?
