Copper Contributor

There is a was to add an IMAP shared mailbox on outlook 2016? For Standard Account is required authentication and ssl Encrypted Connection.

I have access on the public OWA but I'm not able to connect it to Outlook.

There is a way?

Solution
This is working if you can connect to an Exchange Server, but not using IMAP.
In ther IMAP configuration at the point 6 --> Choose More Settings > Advanced > Add it does not exist ant Add where you can type the shared mailbox.
