Accidentally deleted some [imap] folders in my gmail account. Now Outlook mobile is not syncing

I seem to have accidentally deleted some [imap] folders in my gmail account while doing some label/folder housekeeping.

Now Outlook on iOS, iPadOS and Android is not downloading my messages. My Windows eM client is working, however.
