In our organization we are using Outlook 2016 Pro Plus (.msi Stand-alone Version) and as our default browser Mozilla Firefox.
We experience since the beginning, that if one of our workers are attaching a file which is saved on OneDrive / Sharepoint the guestaccess URL is not correctly forwarded to the Browser. The Docid is completely missing after the guestaccess.aspx
Right now, we have to login to our Webmail to open the file. Is there any known workaround to solve this mistake? Are others also experiencing that behavior of Outlook and the browser?
