Outlook has once again sent my bank's email to me this morning to my Junk folder. There has been some type of issue with Outlook and my Junk folder going on for 6 months now. From attempting to send email to myself and it going to Junk; to an out-of-country call center for Microsoft supposedly offering support, but the Microsoft rep screwing it up even worse, and ALL email going to Junk; to now, 6 months later, random emails, some from companies I've been doing business with for 15 years, going to Junk.
This means when I turn on my computer in the morning and there are over 100 emails in my Junk folder, I have to go through each email to verify it is actually Junk. That pretty much defeats the purpose of having a Junk folder when I have to review the entire folder every single day, all day.
Microsoft's software quality and tech support have been on the decline for some time now. I am on two of these community boards, and the number of people writing to Microsoft with their complaints outweighs the compliments by a larger and larger margin every month.
Obviously they don't care.
